30% of air passengers have problems with earache when taking off and landing. This pain is caused by fast-acting differences in air pressure on the ear drum. Flit-Mates are re-usable ear plugs that regulate the air pressure, designed to reduce earache when flying (or driving in the mountains) to a minimum.
Care Plus® Flite-Mate also works as a noise filter. Loud, heavy and harmful noises are reduced to an acceptable level. At the same time, the important sounds (speech, phone, radio and TV) can be heard. You can even use headphones with these ear plugs.
Many travellers have problems with jet lag as a result of long flights. Wearing Flite-Mate earplugs throughout the flight contributes to a quieter, pressure-free trip. This reduces the jet lag symptoms.
